Digital Audio Unit
The Memco Digital Audio Unit (DAU) is mounted behind the car operating panel (COP) and works when connected to the Digital Communication Platform (DCP). The DAU is connected to the DCP by a 4-wire CAN Bus which provides power and communication including powering the lift alarm.
The digital connection between the DAU and the Digital Communications Platform provides high audio quality compared with analogue telephone solutions, even over 400m of cable.

Digital Communication Platform
The Digital Communication Platform is the heart of the communications system combining a GSM gateway, lift emergency telephone and M2M gateway in a single unit. The M2M capability allows remote configuration of all connected devices and the extraction of lift monitoring data; typically only achievable via the installation of a new lift controller.
With over two-hundred thousand installations within a single territory and a nine-year track record, the Memco DCP is your proven and reliable route to optimised lift maintenance management and is backed with a two-year warranty.

Memcom Emergency Telephone
The Memcom elevator emergency phone is a premium product, providing trapped passengers with an easy, high quality, reliable, hands-free connection to emergency help.
This Top of car (TOC) unit is provided with a built-in speaker, microphone and backlit LCD display which is used for programming and status information. High quality advanced electronics provide excellent sound, acoustics and reliability.

Universal GSM Gateway
The Avire Universal GSM Gateway is a small, compact GSM unit that can be used in conjunction with a wide range of manufacturers Emergency Telephones. It removes the need to have a PSTN connection for the Emergency Telephone as all communications are sent wirelessly over the GSM network.
