Blain Door Lock
The L10 pressure lock value is a solenoid operated check valve designed for the hydraulic elevators and includes a self closing manual lowering valve. Its purpose is to allow free flow of oil from the pump unit to the cylinder for upward travel and to prevent flow in the reverse direction from the cylinder to the pump unit until and electrical signal is given to the solenoid.
- designed for the hydraulic elevators
- includes a self closing manual lowering valve
- allow free flow of oil from the pump unit to the cylinder for upward travel
- prevent flow in the reverse direction from the cylinder to the pump
Blain Flow, Pressure & Temperature Sensor
nstalled in the cylinder line between the control valve and the ball valve, the Q10 Flow Meter measures the rate of flow of hydraulic fluid to and from the cylinder. According to the ram size, accurate measurement of car speeds including accelerations, decelerations and stops are assessed by the electronic card, fed to the PC / Laptop and displayed as travel-graphs. Any irregularity of the movement of the car, such as over-speeding, prolonged leveling or abrupt start and slow down movements indicating potential problems can be registered on site or can remotely monitored through modem connection. Printouts of the results provide valuable records of the installation. Sensors for registering system pressure and temperature are optional.
- measures the rate of flow of hydraulic fluid to and from the cylinder
- accurate measurement of car speeds including accelerations, decelerations and stops are assessed by the electronic card
- any irregularities are viewed via PC/laptop
- registered on site or remotely monitored via modem
Blain Hand Pump
H11 and H12 pumps are for application with hydraulic lifting or pressing equipment for emergency operation of hydraulic elevators and for the pressure testing of hydraulic systems in general. The H11 is constructed for side mounting and the H12 is fitted with a base plate for separate application.

Blain Rupture Valve
The R10 rupture valve can be mounted in any position directly onto the cylinder inlet.
In the event of failure in the main cylinder line or where the down speed exceeds allowable limits, the R10 valve closes and brings the car to a smooth stop.

Settima Screw Pump
SM pumps are three screw pumps for industrial use at low and medium pressure (80 bar).
SM pump is a priming pump assembled into a pump body. The three screws rotate inside the pump body and the design of the screws avoids any axial load. The functional pressure develops some tolerances between the balancing piston of the main screw and the surrounding body.
This creates a balancing hydrodynamic force on the screws and at the same time lubricates and cools down the sealing parts. The torque needed to move the lateral screws is transmitted hydraulically by the pumped fluid. This means that the screws rotate with no possibility of wearing.
- For industrial use at low and medium pressure (80 bar)
- Reliable low noise instrument
- Long lift pump at low cost
Tank Heater
Tank heaters help maintain the temperature of the oil within the hydraulic tank to a required temperature.
The heater is designed to maintain up to approximately 500 litres (130 US gals) of oil in an unheated room at a temperature of +20º C to +25ºC (68ºF to 77ºF).
